We will have a great time as we hear from Marcos and Elisa Silva, who are nationally certified marriage coaches with "Marriage Helper". The talk for the evening will be "how not to communicate in marriage". We all have times when our wires get crossed and we have a misunderstanding with our spouse, let's take some time and focus on how to make those times less frequent. No childcare is provided but we have a list of recommended babysitters upon request.

The conference is geared towards married couples but if you are single, dating, or engaged, XO is a great place to learn foundational principles you can apply to your future marriage. There will be a vow renewal at the end of the event for couples that are married.

All Retreat Couples must commit to attending the entire 3-day weekend’s activities. The Lovestrong Retreat is not an overnight retreat weekend. All couples participate in the program beginning on Friday evening, Saturday morning – evening and Sunday morning – afternoon, but they return to their homes on both Friday and Saturday night. We are limited as to the number of couples we can accommodate, and the availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
